STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY

Holistic, alternative and complementary therapies from our program do not clash with official medical procedures, but we are obliged to emphasize that they do not replace official medical treatments, nor suggest their withdrawal.

Currency

All prices listed on this site are in EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Reservation and policy of guarantees

Reservation of your stay is confirmed when we receive the entire payment into our account.

Cancellation policy

For cancellation or change of reservation go to info@health-holistic-center.com or call +386 41 636 532. The client can cancel the reservation up to 14 days before the start of the term and agree on a new date.

Payment

Payment by credit or debit cards is possible – MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa/Electron, or payments can be made through a bank account. Any additional costs not included in the package price are payable at the reception of the hotel. When leaving the hotel, all outstanding expenses must be paid.

Parking

For hotel guests, we provide parking spaces in front of the hotel, which are available free of charge during your stay. Owners/customers themselves are responsible for cars and things that are left behind. We are not responsible for loss or damage.

Check in/Check out

Rooms are available to guests at 08.00 on the first day of stay until 16.00 on the last day of stay.
Privacy/Identification. For security reasons, you will need to submit a valid identification document upon signing up.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted only in the designated premises. Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms and elsewhere. The hotel has the right to charge an additional amount of EUR 150.00 (one hundred and fifty euros) to cover the cost of cleaning, refreshment and room ventilation. In addition to this amount, any damage will be additionally charged.

Damage

We reserve the right and you authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damages that may have arisen in your room or hotel during your stay (including but not limited to special cleaning), or for any items that are missing your departure.

Liability clause

The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to the property of the guest or personal injury that arises in any way during the stay at the hotel (other than personal injury to the guests arising directly from the gross negligence of the company). The total liability of the company does not exceed the value of the contract. Nothing in the contract or any other document relating thereto shall exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence of the company or liability for fraud or misinterpretation.

Applicable law

These general terms and conditions apply to Slovenian legislation. The parties agree on exclusive jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.
